Teachers are invited to record and submit their own videos. All videos created by PreK-12 teachers will be considered for publication on social media and teachersintheirpower.com. This initiative aims to amplify the voices of educators and showcase their unique teaching styles, experiences, and the challenges they face in the classroom.

Submit Your Teaching Story
Reflect on an impactful story from your career as a teacher. There are no theme or topic requirements for this submission.
Specific Topics: Submit Your Thoughts on Pressing Issues in Education
In addition to sharing personal teaching experiences, we invite educators to contribute their perspectives on the broader challenges shaping the education system today. Individual stories are powerful — and when connected to systemic insights, they become catalysts for change. By framing personal experiences within a larger discussion of root causes, consequences, and solutions, we can shift the conversation from isolated struggles to collective action. Your voice matters in helping to build understanding, drive solutions, and strengthen the education community.
